Meet Nina
Nina is a Northern Virginia based professional make-up artist that specializes in permanent cosmetic tattoos. With over 15 years of experience, Nina brings together permanent and traditional make-up concepts to enhance the natural beauty of her clients. Prior to permanent cosmetics, Nina owned and operated a successful, traditional make-up studio in Makati City, Philippines that specialized in high fashion, magazine, and film make-up. In 2016, Nina’s Touch Beauty opened in Washington State bring the highest quality permanent makeup to the Puget Sound area. In 2023, Nina’s Touch Beauty expanded into Northern Virginia. Nina is a licensed Permanent Make-up Artist trained by the best in the industry, 10X certified. Nina continues to expand her skills, exploring and implementing the newest PMU techniques/services in the market. Her broad repertoire includes, Microblading, Combination and Shading/Ombre brows, lips and eyeliner. Nina is a former Educator of TINT Makeup School in Seattle. Nina attended Cinema Makeup school in Los Angeles CA; Makeup Forever Academy in Paris, France; Dinair Makeup School; and cosmetology school in Makati, Philippines.Nina holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Education.
